Julia Summers is a counsellor, supervisor and trainer specialising in toxic and unhealthy relationship behaviours, emotional abuse dynamics, coercive control, and the psychological impact of Red Pill and manosphere ideology.

Julia has worked extensively with individuals affected by these experiences and has developed specialist training for counsellors, therapists, and organisations to help professionals recognise patterns of manipulation, power imbalance, and relational harm.
