I am passionate about helping people to free themselves from their physical, emotional, mental or spiritual pain, so that they can live the life they truly deserve and be their 'authentic' self.
Looking back over my life and career I now recognise that I have been developing my knowledge and experience of the 'human condition', from an 'holistic' perspective, for many years. Having studied and practiced a number of disciplines covering the holistic aspects of mind, body and spirit: dance & Exercise to Music, Anatomy & Physiology, a Psychology degree and a Teaching Certificate. The later two underpinning my work as a Trainer.
A chance meeting with a Psychic Healer in 2002 changed my life and led to the 're-awakening' of my spirituality and healing abilities. I received my formal Healing training via the Intensive Accredited Healing Course at The College of Psychic Studies (CPS).
I believe that continual learning & growth are key components to good health, and I therefore continue to attend courses, workshops and seminars as part of my self and continual professional development.
