Room Rental Options

The Haven currently has two categories of rental options:



1. Haven Team Member

The Haven offers Client referrals to 'Team Members' on Category 1 only.

To be a team member at The Haven Therapists must have:

1. 2 years self-employed (clinic) post registration experience
2. Proven self marketing experience / plan
3. Own promotional brochures / flyers

Option 1A - Retainer Room Rental Option

This option requires a:

1. Therapist to meet the above 'Team Member' criteria.
2. Weekly commitment of 2 hours, at a cost of £18.00 per week.

Retainer Option allows additional hours to be booked at an hourly rate of £9.00 (or part hour).

Option 1B - Ad-Hoc Room Rental Option

This option requires a:

1. Therapist to meet the 'Team Member' criteria as detailed above
2. Hourly rate of £13.50 (or part hour)

Option 1C - Day Rate Rental Option

This option is offered on a yearly contract basis and offers a particular attractive hourly rate (less than £5.50 per hour)

The conditions for the Day Rate Rental Option are:Non-Team Member

1. Signed yearly contract
2. Day = 8.25 hours
3. Payment is in 9 monthly instalments
4. Annual price review

2. Non-Team Member

Option 2A - Non-Member Ad-hoc Rental Option

This option is for Therapists who do not meet The Team Member criteria, i.e. who have less than 2 years post registration, self-employed (clinic) experience and who have their own clients.

Hourly rate £13.50 (or part-hour)
