Our
Receptionist Marie, is available between 10.00a.m. and 2.00p.m. to deal with
all Client and Therapists bookings, enquiries drop-in-clients and e-mail
enquires. Outside of these hours we currently operate an answer machine
service. All calls are logged and returned as soon as
possible.
Appointment Booking Service
The level of
Receptionist support is dependent on Room Rental Option taken. It ranges from
our Receptionist handling all your room bookings and your Client bookings,
sending out first appointment letters and pre-session questionnaires (if
required), to you dealing with your own Client bookings and
administration.
Support
The Haven offers varying levels of support,
dependent on the Room Rental Option taken.
