Vouchers are sold in values of £5 and £10. They can be redeemed
against any of the therapies or classes at The Haven and are valid for six
months from the date of purchase.
How Do I Order Gift
Vouchers?
You can either to speak to our Receptionist who is
available Monday to Friday between 10.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. on telephone number
0208 416 0790, or you can e.mail us at:

The value of the Gift Vouchers you would like to
purchase
Your contact details including your full name, address, postcode,
day and mobile phone numbers, and email address
The address the Gift Vouchers should be sent to
Your preferred choice of delivery arrangement - collection or
sent by special delivery (see below).
How Do I Pay?
Cheques should be made payable to The
Haven Therapy Centre, and should be sent to The Haven Therapy Centre, 790
Kenton Lane, Harrow Weald, Middlesex. HA3 6AG.
When And How Will The
Gift Vouchers Be Sent To Me?
Gift Vouchers will be posted the day
after receiving payment.
How Will They Be
Despatched?
Please let us know which Despatch option you
require:
Option 1. Special Delivery Service - Guarantees next day
delivery. A signature is required for delivery. Please note this service costs
and additional £5.00 and should be added to the value of the Gift
Vouchers purchased.
Option 2. Collection - You can collect your
Gift Vouchers from The Haven's Reception which is manned Monday to Friday
between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. We strongly recommend that you speak to our
Receptionist on the day you wish to collect, to advise us of your intention to
collect and approximate time of collection.
