Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel your appointment, when there is more than 24 hours to the time of your appointment, PLEASE CALL The Haven on 0208 416 0790. If you get the answer machine please leave a message stating slowly and clearly:
- That you wish / need to cancel
- Your name and telephone number
- The date and time of your appointment
- Name of your Therapist's and / or the Therapy you are having
Please note that cancellation by email WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Cancelling with 24 Hours (or Less) Notice
These cancellations must be made direct with your Therapist on their mobile phone number. You will find their contact details on your first appointment letter, which we issue at the time of your booking. (Apologies we are currently unable to accept 24 hours or less cancellations on our usual telephone number).
If you need to cancel with 24 hours (or less) notice, the Therapist will charge you the full session fee.
