Access
Access to the Centre and Therapy Rooms
is from the front forecourt on Kenton Lane. Our forecourt has space for 4 cars.
We have three Therapy Rooms, 1 on the ground floor, which is the group room and
2 upstairs. All our Therapy Rooms have natural daylight. Everyone who visits our Centre comments on the wonderful ambiance and supportive, non-clinical environment that is The Haven.
Disabled
Access - is via the Kenton Lane entrance. There is one small step into our
main corridor, which leads to the ground floor Group Room. This is accessible
for wheelchair users.There are a further 3 steps up to the Waiting area, Reception and Toilet.
If you have impaired mobility please let us know when booking your appointment so that we can ensure we reserve the correct room for your requirements, comfort and safety. And so that we can reserve the necessary access .
Please note that the ground floor toilet facility it is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Parking
The Haven has space for 4
cars EXCEPT when we are accommodating disabled / wheel chair users.
There is also FREE roadside parking. The Garden
The Haven offers a tranquil garden for Clients' use. Designed to offer some 'transitional space' after sessions weather permitting. We also invite you to make use of this beautiful healing space for meditation, rest and contemplation.
Push Chairs / Buggies
Whilst we welcome babies and children, we
regret that due to access and fire regulations requirements we are unable to
accommodate push chairs / buggies within the Centre. Push chairs / Buggies may
be left in the rear open courtyard. Toilets
We have two toilets. One on the ground
floor (not wheelchair accessible) and an upstairs toilet and
bathroom.
